After school programs
Students can attend a range of after school programs, guided by adults specifically trained in child development. The various offers listed below are run by Lolland Municipality and target at children of various ages.

The Programs
The morning SFO is placed at Lolland International School and is open from 6:30 until the school day starts.
Breakfast is provided and served through to 7:30 am. From 07:50 the children have 20 minutes of outside play before their classes begin.
When school ends, your child can go to the SFO. The afternoon SFO is located at Blæsenborg School/SFO, Blæsenborg Allé 10, 4930 Maribo.
The afternoon SFO offers different activities such as role-play, arts and crafts, Lego, gaming, and many more, including outside play. The SFO has great indoor and outdoor facilities. Every afternoon the children are offered a small meal. Throughout the year several special activities will be arranged, spooky Halloween parties, Christmas events, grandparent days, etc.
Transport to the SFO
The children who are signed up for the afternoon SFO will be picked up by an SFO bus at Lolland International School after the last lesson. Our SFO team will make sure that your child will get on board.
The Afternoon SFO is open:
Monday-Thursday: 13:30 - 16:45
Friday: 13:30 - 16:00
Your child must be picked up at least 15 minutes before closing hours.
During school holidays the afternoon SFO is open from 6:30 to 16:45 (Friday until 16:00).

If you have any messages regarding the time your child is in the afternoon SFO, or information to the staff if your child needs to leave at a certain time or a “non-parent” is picking up, etc., then, please leave a message on Tel.: +45 40 84 93 51 or send a text message. Calls are only possible from 13.30 (if you need to talk to the staff).

For children in Grade 4 to Grade 6, an exciting afternoon offer is available.
Maribo Junior Club is situated at Nørrevang 19 - in walking distance from the school and open to other students from schools in Maribo.
Maribo Junior Club is a leisure club with great visions! The club emphasises well-being, formation, and friendships. This includes a contact person for each child, a specific behavioural reward system, and a few simple, yet important ground rules. All staff are dedicated to making every visit a rich and enjoyable experience
Maribo Junior Club offers exciting, challenging, and fun activities every day. Regular all-year-round activities include E-sport, mind & body, stage performance, creative workshops, science, music, gardening, board games, and much more.
The club also features seasonal activities, such as gymnastics, cooking, parkour, self-defense, TV-junior, meditation, etc. Moreover, parties and excursions happen at various intervals.

Maribo Youth Club, known as ‘Ungdomsskolen’ is Lolland Municipality's offer for young people Grade 7 and up to 18 years old.
The offer includes youth leisure activities where you can improve your skills, have fun, and experience new things - all together with other young people.
Most of it is free.
