Royal Visit

A delegation of 20 students had the honor of greeting HRH King Frederik X upon his arrival to inaugurate the first tunnel element of the impressive 18km long Femern Tunnel.

In the photos, you can see The King standing proudly next to the commemorative plaque and the time capsule and our students from Lolland International School waving their national flags with pride.

Next week, the time capsule will visit LIS! Each class has chosen something small but significant to represent 'our time.' This capsule will be a treasure trove of memories when it's opened in fifty years.
